Project brief: To remove an old leaking conservatory, open up the kitchen to create a more functional entertaining space and maximise natural light.
The result: The relationship between the large garden and the kitchen / dinner became fantastic. The use of matching tiles with the kitchen units worked well along with a huge roof light to the rear.

Project brief: To open up the kitchen and dining area of an already extended property and to create a downstairs WC and utility.
We took down the timber framed conservatory, extended out to make the rear of the property flush. We used floor to ceiling, full width steel framed doors and a huge traditional roof lantern. These traditional elements combined with the more modern open plan space, walnut oak flooring and the shaker style kitchen created a warm, modern space with a traditional twist.

Project brief: To create a typical side return kitchen project but with some flare.
The result: We extended out the side and the back of the original kitchen. We changed the positions of doors in order to rationalise circulation of the ground floor. We used steel framed doors and roof light to maximise natural light. Parquet flooring worked well when matched with the clots of the island.

Project brief: To add a side extension to the kitchen, create a utility room and a wc at ground floor level.
By opening up the entire ground floor, removing all internal walls but adding in two pocket sliding doors in the middle of the new space it allowed maximum flexibility. It meant the large open plan ground floor could have different zoned uses. Living at the front, kitchen in the middle and more living at the back.

The result was lovely. A large open plan kitchen for a terraced house with amazing floor to ceiling glass and bifold to the patio.

The result: was a lovely large open plan kitchen for a terraced house with 2 amazing floor to ceiling sliding doors meant minimal frame to block views of the patio and light.

Project brief: Take down an existing single storey rear extension and open up the ground floor to improve circulation whilst flooding it with natural light.
The result: The result was amazing. By using angled glass on the side of the extension combined with flat glass roof lights in the middle. The box window at the back is fun and helps to frame the view into the garden. The modern style combined with the clients quirky old fashioned style has worked very well.

Project brief: Take down an existing run down, leaking lean too kitchen and create an open plan living dinning kitchen area. Also to Re model the basement storage and stop moisture.
The result was stunning, using crital style steel windows and doors on the back elevation along with dropping the floor levels in the back of the house created a great space for the family to entertain in. We also created a more formal front living room due to having such a large open plan space at the back of the house.

Project brief: Remove a run down existing timber frame conservatory. Open up the ground floor living space to create as large as possible open plan entertaining space. Provide a much needed downstairs WC and Utility room. Make use of natural light and rationalise circulation through out the ground floor.
The result: changing levels within one open plan space helps to define zones in a large open plan Living / Dinning / Kitchen area. The floor to ceiling height glass wall and pivoting 1.8M wide glass door help to frame the views onto the amazing courtyard garden.
