Project brief: To add a side extension to the kitchen, create a utility room and a wc at ground floor level.
By opening up the entire ground floor, removing all internal walls but adding in two pocket sliding doors in the middle of the new space it allowed maximum flexibility. It meant the large open plan ground floor could have different zoned uses. Living at the front, kitchen in the middle and more living at the back.
