Project brief: To create an amazing house for entertaining.
An open plan ground floor was created using large full height internal crittall doors and fixed windows. This allowed the house to feel as large as possible with flexible rooms.
Whilst increasing the use of natural light we created a drastic change to the feel of the ground floor space with much increased head height.

Project brief: To create a much larger family house.
The result: We doubled the size of the existing house. An open plan ground floor with full height, 10M wide sliding doors, which floods the living area with light.
The loft conversion became an amazing playroom for their 4 children and is the size of a 3 bedroom flat.

Project brief: To create a family house full of light.
The result: An open plan ground floor with full height, full width sliding doors to the sunken patio. This allows the house to feel as large as possible and maximises views into the incredible garden.
The basement created a much needed playroom for their children.

Project brief: Take down an existing run down, leaking pitched roof kitchen extension to a semi detached house in chiswick, open up the living room at the back to create larger living / kitchen area full width at the back and create a smaller quiet front room.
The result: The result was fantastic. A huge open plan space with kitchen and living area, dropped floor levels allowed the internal height to be 3 meters. The circular column added an interesting detail to the middle of the space.

Project brief: To add a side and rear extension to the kitchen, create a utility room and a wc at ground floor level. To maximise the size of the loft.
The result: By opening up the first two rooms at ground floor it created a larger open plan front living room but also allowed us to create a good sized utility room accessed from the kitchen. Using steel framed Crittall windows combined with making more flexible open plan spaces created a contemporary modern feel with a traditional edge to it

Project brief: To create a home that functioned better for its family. To create a much needed proper master bedroom with en suite, create 3 child equal sized bedrooms and a more open plan communal ground floor.
The result: A modern, contemporary, open plan ground floor was created using large siding doors onto the patio, pocket sliding doors were used between the kitchen and dinning room in order to create a flexible open plan space. Whilst increasing the use of natural light we created a drastic change to the feel of the ground floor space with much increased head height.

Project brief: To remove an old leaking conservatory, open up the kitchen to create a more functional entertaining space and maximise natural light.
The result: The relationship between the large garden and the kitchen / dinner became fantastic. The use of matching tiles with the kitchen units worked well along with a huge roof light to the rear.

Project brief: To open up the kitchen and dining area of an already extended property and to create a downstairs WC and utility.
We took down the timber framed conservatory, extended out to make the rear of the property flush. We used floor to ceiling, full width steel framed doors and a huge traditional roof lantern. These traditional elements combined with the more modern open plan space, walnut oak flooring and the shaker style kitchen created a warm, modern space with a traditional twist.

Project brief: To create a typical side return kitchen project but with some flare.
The result: We extended out the side and the back of the original kitchen. We changed the positions of doors in order to rationalise circulation of the ground floor. We used steel framed doors and roof light to maximise natural light. Parquet flooring worked well when matched with the clots of the island.
